ChatGPT prompts for work emails and meetings

Most AI help at work goes into the same few jobs: replying to email, writing up meetings and turning notes into slides. These 29 prompts cover them, from a reply to an email that asks five things at once to formal minutes from a transcript. Each one asks for your facts as blanks, so the AI writes from what happened instead of guessing.

Questions

Can ChatGPT take meeting minutes?

It cannot sit in the meeting, but it writes good minutes from a transcript or your notes. Paste the transcript into the minutes prompt, list who attended, and it returns decisions, owners and dates, with anything unclear marked for you to check instead of filled in.

Do these prompts work in Claude, Gemini and Copilot?

Yes. Each prompt is laid out for one kind of model, shown beside it, but every one works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. Fill in the blanks and paste the whole prompt into the chat.

Are these prompts free?

Yes. You can open ten prompts without signing up, and a free email unlocks all 319 in the repository. Use them in your own work and your clients' work; please do not republish the collection.
