Terms of use.

Short and plain. By using thinkhard.si you agree to the following.

Last updated October 21, 2026

The service

thinkhard.si provides free tools that run in your browser. They are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and may change or stop at any time.

Your API keys and costs

You are responsible for the API keys you add and for every charge your model provider makes for calls made with them, including calls made by tools such as the Prompt Tester, Model Compare or Chatbot Safety Test on your behalf. Set spending limits with your provider. Cost figures on this site are estimates based on published prices and may differ from your bill.

Grades, scores and model output

Grades, judge scores, test verdicts and rewrites are produced by rules and by language models. They can be wrong. Review them before relying on them. Passing the Chatbot Safety Test does not mean a prompt or application is secure.

Acceptable use

  • Test only prompts and systems you own or are authorized to test.
  • Follow the usage policies of the model providers you call.
  • Do not use the site to attack, overload or interfere with thinkhard.si or anyone else’s service.

Your content

What you write and the results you get are yours. We do not receive them; see the privacy page.

The prompt repository

The prompts in the repository, their wording, variables and notes, are written by thinkhard.si and belong to us. You may use them, change them and run them in any AI tool, for your own work, your team’s and your clients’, without credit. You may not republish the collection or a substantial part of it, or sell it or access to it. Ten prompts are open to everyone; the rest open free when you enter your email, as the privacy page describes. We may change what is free and what needs an email.

Third-party services

Model providers, OpenRouter and our host are independent services with their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, thinkhard.si is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any provider charges, arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
