If Pro does not work for you, you get your money back. Here is how.

Refunds
Ask within 30 days of any payment for Pro, monthly or yearly, and we refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter how much of Pro you used, including its AI runs.
After 30 days a payment is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so that nothing more is charged. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
How to ask
Write to contact@thinkhard.si from the email address on your account, and say which payment you want refunded. You can also reply to the receipt Paddle sent you, or use the link in it. We usually reply within two working days.
How you are paid back
Our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for every order, returns the money to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days. Any sales tax you paid is refunded with it. When a payment is refunded, Pro ends for that period.
Cancelling
Cancel Pro from your account page at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period; ask for that as above if you are within 30 days of paying.
Free trials
A free trial asks for no payment details and ends on its own, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.
Who sells Pro
thinkhard.si is run by Tushar Kholia, an individual in India. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record, which handles payments, sales tax, receipts and refunds. The full terms are in the terms of use.
