thinkhard.si is small and independent. Every message is read by the person who builds it, not a ticket queue.
What helps us help you
- Something broke
- Name the page, your browser and what you expected to see. A share link from the tool is even better.
- A price or model is out of date
- Tell us which model and where you saw the current price. Prices on the site carry the date they were checked.
- A tool you wish existed
- Describe the job you were trying to do. Requests decide what gets built next.
- Your data
- To see or delete your waitlist or feedback entry, write from the address you used. See the privacy page.
- Teams, partners and press
- Say who you are and what you have in mind. Team plans are on the pricing page.
Never send an API key, by email or in the form. Nobody here will ask for one.
