Full prompt and why it works
Prompt
Write the business description and four short posts for my Google Business Profile. People nearby who search for what I do will read these on a phone in a few seconds and decide whether to call, visit or keep scrolling, so every line should help them choose.

Business facts (use only these):
"""
{{business_facts}}
"""

Area I serve: {{service_area}}
What customers most often ask about or praise: {{customer_themes}}
News, offers or events I could post about:
"""
{{post_topics}}
"""

Write:
1. Business description: up to {{description_limit}}, with the most useful information in the first two sentences, since many people read no further. Say what I do, for whom, where, and what makes me the practical choice (for example "same-week appointments" or "family-run since 2009", only if my facts say so). Give the character count.
2. Four posts of 60 to 120 words each. Base each one on an item from my news and offers, or on a question customers often ask, such as what to expect at a first visit. After each post, suggest a button (such as Call, Book or Learn more) and a photo I could take myself.

Give the description and each post a short heading so I can copy them separately. The tone should be a local owner talking: plain words, the name of the town or area once where it fits naturally, and concrete details instead of adjectives.

Keep links, prices and sale offers out of the description, as Google's guidelines for descriptions ask; offers belong in posts. Do not repeat keywords or list neighborhood names to game search. Do not use "best", "#1", "top-rated" or similar claims unless my facts include an award that says so, and never mention reviews, years in business, licenses or guarantees that are not in my facts.

If a fact customers usually look for is missing from my facts (hours, service area, how to book, parking or accessibility), list it under "Add to your profile" rather than guessing it.

Variables

{{business_facts}}
What you do, your services, hours, how to book, how long you have run, and any awards or licenses you can show.
{{service_area}}
The town, neighborhoods or radius you serve.
{{customer_themes}}
What customers ask before buying or mention in reviews, for example "parking" or "how fast we respond".
{{post_topics}}
Upcoming news, offers, events or seasonal reminders, one per line.
{{description_limit}}
The current character limit for the description, for example "750 characters". Check it in your profile editor.

Why it works

  • Who it's for. Writing for someone nearby on a phone, deciding in seconds, is what puts the practical facts in the first two sentences.
  • What to avoid. No keyword stuffing, unearned "best" claims or invented reviews, which can get a profile flagged and make it read like an ad.
  • If unsure. Facts customers look for but you did not give, such as hours or parking, are listed for you to add instead of being guessed.

How to use it

  1. Press Fill in variables and type your details into each blank. What you type stays in this browser.
  2. Copy the filled prompt into the AI tool you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, or open it in the Grader or the Prompt Tester here.
  3. Before you rely on it, try it on three or four real examples. The Prompt Tester runs them all at once and shows which ones go wrong.
