Full prompt and why it works
Prompt
Write a spoken pitch in three lengths for {{buyer_type}}, to use {{setting}}. The listener is busy and decides within seconds whether this concerns them, so every version must start from their problem, not from our company.

What we sell:
"""
{{offer}}
"""

The problem this buyer has, in their words if possible: {{buyer_problem}}
What makes us different, as fact: {{differentiator}}
Proof we are allowed to use: {{proof}}
What I want the listener to do next: {{next_step}}

Write:
1. 10 seconds (about 25 words): who we help and the result, in one or two sentences that make them ask "How?"
2. 30 seconds (about 75 words): the problem, what we do about it, one proof point, and a question that invites a conversation.
3. 2 minutes (about 280 words): the problem and what it costs the buyer, how we solve it, what makes us different, one short story or proof point from the material above, and the next step.

The word counts follow a natural speaking pace of about 140 to 150 words a minute. Format: label each version with its length, then give it as one short paragraph. Each version should sound natural spoken aloud, stand alone, and use the buyer's words rather than our internal terms. Use short sentences with one idea each, since a listener cannot reread.

Avoid jargon, superlatives such as "best" or "leading", and any claim to be the "only" one unless the facts above prove it. Do not invent customers, numbers or results: if there is no proof, describe specifically what we do instead.

As an example of the shape only, a 10-second version can follow the pattern "We help [buyer] [get a result] without [a common pain]." Do not copy the wording.

After the three versions, add the question this buyer is most likely to ask next, with a one-sentence answer from the facts above.

If the material does not make clear who the buyer is or what result we deliver, say so and ask me for that one thing before writing.

Variables

{{buyer_type}}
The one buyer you are pitching to, for example "practice managers at dental clinics".
{{setting}}
Where you will use it, written to follow "to use", for example "at networking events" or "at the start of cold calls".
{{offer}}
What you sell, how it works and what it costs, in a few sentences.
{{buyer_problem}}
The problem this buyer has, ideally in words they have used.
{{differentiator}}
What is genuinely different about you, as a fact a buyer could check.
{{proof}}
Results or customers you may mention, or "none".
{{next_step}}
What you want the listener to do, for example "agree to a 15-minute call".

Why it works

  • Length. Word counts are set from speaking pace, so each version actually fits its time when said aloud.
  • Who it's for. Every version starts from the buyer's problem, because a listener decides in seconds whether a pitch concerns them.
  • What to avoid. No superlatives, no "only" claims without proof and no invented customers, which keeps the pitch believable to someone who has heard many.

How to use it

  1. Press Fill in variables and type your details into each blank. What you type stays in this browser.
  2. Copy the filled prompt into the AI tool you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, or open it in the Grader or the Prompt Tester here.
  3. Before you rely on it, try it on three or four real examples. The Prompt Tester runs them all at once and shows which ones go wrong.
